My name is Mary (or Ania) and I am 24 years old. I have one son who will be 5 in March, a daughter who would have been 2 in February, and a child that would have been born just this last month.
I struggle with a lot of inner demons... mentally, emotionally, and physically. I have been wandering alone and lost for many years trying to find a religion that I could call my own and feel safe in... I always wanted to try Christianity but it scared me because I get this really odd feeling deep in the center of my chest everytime I try. I've decided to stop fighting it and give it a go!
I have considered myself a Pagan for many years because I can relate to it in many ways... I have a very eclectic beliefe system... but everything draws me back to God and Jesus... so I want to try to blend the two together into one... like it says in the bible... 'thou shall have no other Gods before me' it doesn't say that there aren't any other Gods out there, it just states to never put any of them before God! I feel as long as I follow God's word, he should love me no matter what!
I have found a site called Gothic Christians that showed me regardless of how I dress, tattoos and piercings, what music I listen to... God will love me no matter what and that I don't have to change who I am for him to love me! I think that was one of the biggest things that kept me from this because living in the bible belt, I have grown up around very judgmental people.
I can't stand to be judged... I feel that you should like someone, be friends with someone, love someone, based off of who they are... not what they look like.
I look forward to making what I hope to be many great friends on here... ones that will care for me for being me... and not what they think I should be.

Cool you live in TNT too what city? I'm in Memphis. Well not right now right now I'm in IL for christmas break visiting realitives I will be back to continue my school though.
Do you likr the peppemint creeps? Not all my fav music is havey metal I like some punk to and some softer rock myself but I mainly stick to metal.

Glad you joined and shared. Your comments reminded me of when I met Jesus. I was 19 and way into heavy metal and ... well you know the story. There was a lot of judgement by everyone. Don't let my current photo fool you!
Anyway just wanted to say hi.
One last thought, Isaiah 45:5-6 says "I am the Lord, and there is non else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou has not known me: That tehy may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the Lord, and there is non else."
It is not a matter of putting Jesus at the top of the list. It is a matter of He is the only real God. However, there are many physical and spiritual beings that want to be gods.

I belong to a Pentecostal church here in Australia and we all pull together.Life wasn't meant to be a torture test, and we all need each other to love,cry,laugh and live our lives - we find each other at church to be family and best friends that will never give up on each other no matter what.I hope you find the same thing soon.I can recommend the Pentecostal church for absolute truth to your face and for huge love.We might seem a little comical to you at first and a little nutty, but we mean what we say and we never give up.Remember Him as you go to sleep and when you wake up - talk to Him in your mind and expect a real answer.I'll be talking to Him that you need someone close to show you the truth that died and then lived for you and me from the cross.
Remember, these people that wrote down what God was saying over thousands of years that now forms the Bible, would often be put to death rather than give up on the truth that saves them.Only one of Jesus's apostles was not put to death - the others were put to death for telling the truth to as many people as would hear them - and thousands did right in the beginning.Now there are millions upon millions of people you could call your church that also give up their lives to serve and be loved and cared for by the One noone can deny.
Whereever you go and whatever you do - seek the Truth.Don't put up with a lie or a religous zealot that doesn't really love you or need you.Go home to a church that will accept who you are now and looks forward with you to a brighter,better,more enlightened you for the future.There is only One who would come to Earth as He said he would and then live a life the same as all people with no advantage or help, and then say He would die for you and me to show that He would rise from the dead in front of people to end the tyranny of witchcraft,death,satan and slavery to self that is sin. Sin may mean we do get sick and vulnerable - it means we are not yet perfect - but we do rely on One who overcomes all things for us...Jesus Christ.Remember in case you get confused - there is only one God - in three parts as the Bible tells us.Father, Son and Holy Spirit are the three fingers of the same one Almighty God talking to us in ways we can understand and relate to.We need a face to talk to - and He gives us that always.He is awesome and beyond the confines of time and space... but He is also a person to us with a real character and words and thoughts and feelings that He made us to be like and relate to.He wanted someone to talk to and share everything with. I read about your going in for breast augmentation surgery because, God did not bless you with larger breasts. The past couple of days I have sensed the Lord wanting me to say something about your having the operation done.
God loves you just the way you are. There is nothing you can do that will make God love you more, there is nothing you can do that will make God love you less. God sees you as the beautiful person you are now. He wants you to love yourself just like He loves you, the way you are. If you go through the breast surgery He will still love you the way you are. Do you love you the way you are? Will there always be something that has to be changed before you love you the way you are?

You have judged yourself, and judged yourself unlikable by you because of what you look like, someone with small breasts.

I like you just the way you are. I will like you if you get breast surgery. Do you like yourself, or will something else have to be changed before you can like yourself? Who you are is not what you present through your body. Like, and love yourself, because of who you are. I like you because of who I am, not because you are likeable or unlikeable. I do find you likeable, and I will find you likeable even after your breast surgery. Will you?

I absolutely love rainy days for the most part! I gotta have my outdoor ventrues, but rainy days are good when you have nothing planned for its tranquil skills!
I just wanted to swing through and let you know that I am praying for you on this day. I fight many demons myself. I don't like the "demon behind every bush" outlook, and to an extent it is true, but only to what we allow it to be. Sadly it doesn't matter how big of a person one is, if mentally they are defeated then their size does not matter. With that being said, much of my fight is in my head...strugling to get away from lustful, angry, deceptive thoughts. I lift up your worries, doubts, and fears to Christ. Stay strong, friend.
