Momma blues

I think I now know how God feels when we are bad. I look at my kids and see beautiful miracles given by God and then, oh my, they open their mouths! lol But really, it breaks my heart to have to discipline them. At times, I know they didn't mean to break the lamp but I also know when they meant to punch each other. It is a struggle at times to be a good mother when the anger at their actions is at the breaking point. I pray each night and God has helped me in that area but Satan loves to insinuate himself in my thoughts when I am trying to remain calm. I just try and remember that God loves me when He disciplines me (or when I must  live with the consequences of my actions) and that I love my children when I must discipline them. Thank God for grace!!!!!
